Mathematics is a subject where a student should understand the logic and clear set of a formulas. As soon as such arrangements are basically laid down, then a student only will need to get a command and exercise of the issue by preforming the basic models. As the outcome of working hard and constructing upon a solid ground, a higher result of A or B will be anticipated for sure.
How experience helps me in my work
Whenever a young person is having a hard time, I look for the good "handle" in order to use to help the child to understand the process. Due to my experience from a long lifework in which I had a teaching role, albeit except education, I am able to demonstrate the importance of numeracy, and of the necessity to develop a child's self-assurance. I strongly believe the art to becoming qualified at or good in maths is in the teaching; it is not the student's fault if the teaching is bad and/or doesn't set up the brain and enable them to "realise it", enjoy it and also come to be confident at it.
The key to success
I suppose that a student will not study whenever they are not inspired and engaged, and one strong prime mover for scholars is the link between the tutor and the child. A sympathetic attitude, and an atmosphere where the relationship between scholar and teacher can improve and ensure fair communication, so the student is not afraid to address fields of weak point and misunderstanding, will be given. I work hard to set up a trusting and encouraging relationship with each learner I explain, so that they also can enjoy the unique awareness within the environment that science and mathematics deliver me.
I can work with learners in any level of mathematics. I feel that my terrific strength is to meet the individual scholar at the grade they right now are, and motivate them further. I strongly believe that nothing is more vital for great results that the learner's self-esteem. Doing this is my aim - to let children believe in themselves through maths and pass through. Several details satisfy me even more compared to when a student sees it and their self-confidence enhances.
